send facebook an email address explaining your current situation.
this has happened to me before. tell them the entire situation, how your account got disabled and you made a new one, and now you can't access your old one. tell them that you want to delete the new one you made and make accessible your old one. just be very thourrough in your email. and if you don't get a response, try again.
don't worry, this happened to me and they fixed it for me.
