our Carousel player isn't working. The last time Joe helped me, but it's out again. I checked the issue and it's not the same as last time. We are getting a lot of complaints from our residents. Please help!!!

I have had similar issues with importing DVD/MPG formats. I preview it before I dump it into Cablecast and it works. But when I play the media through Cablecast it's black! Very frustrating!

What's the best VOB to MPG ripper/converter tool that works for TRMS? I have tried MovAvi and Cucusoft, and some others but they don't work once I import them on Cablecast?
