Jason's dashboard

I have a BB Storm 9530 and have been able to sync my SMS msg's once. Whenever i try to sync it says "Dexrex is unable to connect to your SMS traffic." I've sent numerous Problem Reports but have yet to hear back from somebody @ dexrex's support dept.

Can someone please get back w/ me to help me correct this issue??
