Almost There!!!!I am not a computer person, so I'm happy I got this far. I2b is downloaded on my Storm and my desktop. As I type this my playlists are being downloaded and I can listen to a song as soon as it is done. I have songs listed as "m4a" files that download fine. Songs that are listed as "m4p" show as recent downloads, but are not available to listen to in my music folder. I upgraded to the $5.99 unlimited after it started downloading and I selected just my music file with all my songs to download. Sorry for the long speech, I'd rather give too much info than not enough. How do i get the "m4p" files to play on my phone???? -

It is a version of Vista, I couldn't tell you which version. I now have the desktop Icon and it asked for my e-mail address and password, which I entered and now when I click on the desktop shortcut it doesn't do anything. -
