CPC is wrong OR is it total cost for advertiser?

CPC seems to be double what the cost of the Campaign was for the advertiser. Is this because you charge double whatever I am getting paid. Like if the campaign is $10 you get $10 thus making the total campaign cost $20 for the advertiser? If so this is something to take into consideration when pricing...

Why can't I add a title or caption to Video Posts or embed videos to text?
