Our official account is @hulu. @hulusupport is an account that we also use, albeit very rarely (we find it more effective to focus on a single Twitter account).

Hulu does not sell movies directly - if you paid for a download, it came from a different source. Are you attempting to play videos from hulu.com or play videos downloaded to your hard drive?

Sorry about the lack of response to your support emails. Can you go to our page at www.hulu.com/support/geofilter_form and tell me what your IP address is? I'll forward it to our support team and have them examine the issue.

Hulu is currently experiencing some intermittent issues with the site. We'll update when things are smoother.

It's hard to tell from your message what exactly you're currently experiencing. Are you seeing an error message? Or are you just unable to load videos? You may want to try clearing your browser's cache to see if that helps the issue.

We don't have a specific date that ABC shows will begin being available on Hulu - it is contingent on several business-related factors. When the content is made available, it'll be announced via hulu.com as well as our twitter (@hulu) and facebook (www.facebook.com/hulu) pages.

Regarding what ABC/Disney content that will be on Hulu, our press release states the following will be available (the full press release is at http://blog.hulu.com/2009/4/30/like-m...):

No, our site specifically states in the terms of service that videos are not to be downloaded or copied in any way.

In what context are you embedding the videos? In general, Hulu's policy is that it's fine to embed a video if the context is either personal use (eg. an entry in one's personal blog) or a reference in an article (eg. an article on TechCrunch about Hulu's latest advertisement, which includes an embed of the ad).

Our Terms of Use disallows people from taking all of our embed codes, creating their own website and just embedding videos against ad services (like Google ads).

Hi there -

If you open up your queue, you can click on the column header that says "Title and Information." That will reorder your queue alphabetically, based on show name. You could then click the first Daily Show episode you want to watch and start from there.

You can also drag-and-drop each video in your queue into the order that you want, if reorganizing alphabetically isn't what you want.
