What are your thoughts on Odadeo so far?Its been a few months since we launched Odadeo as private beta and we are thrilled with the feedback so far. Now that you have had time to review the extra features we've added, we would love to hear what you think?
Any comments? Suggestions? Improvements? Anything you don't understand?

Hi Nathan,
Thanks for the comment. The iphone feature is not fully public yet, so while you may be able to see the link, the actual page is still hidden. Its just there at the minute to show you that we will be providing a specific iphone page in the near future.
But thanks for letting me know, we should make this a little clearer on the site.

Hi Michael!
Thanks for letting us know. We are aware that there are a few little UI issues, and I agree that that it can be a little confusing. Be assured that we will sort this one out soon!
Thanks for your help, please let me know if you come across anything else that you think needs looking at.

Jason replied on June 27, 2008 07:57 to the problem "iTunes won't let me buy music." in Apple:
I go this response from Apple this morning and it seems to have worked... I'm back buying songs:
To purchase from iTunes Store, you'll need to make corrections to your account information. To do this, follow these steps:
1) Sign out of the iTunes Store by choosing Sign Out from the Store menu in iTunes.
2) Visit Apple's My Info website:
http://myinfo.apple.com
3) Choose your country and preferred language. Then enter your iTunes Store account name and password and click Continue.
4) Choose Address Book from the menu on the left. On the Edit Address Book page, look at your shipping addresses at the bottom. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit.
5) Now choose Phone Numbers from the menu on the left to look at your phone numbers. The area codes should be in the area code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone number field, your account information may not save properly.
6) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save Changes button.
7) Click Log out in the upper-right corner.
When you make your next iTunes Store purchase, you will be asked to review your billing information. At that point, you can change your information or simply click Done. After that, you should be able to purchase items.

Hopefully this will help.
A comment on the problem "iTunes won't let me buy music." in Apple:
No. I still haven't found a means of resolving the issue. I think someone in a customer service department is my best bet, but it seems as if there is no way to contact someone who could look at my iTunes account and at least TELL ME what 'changed.' – Axey, on June 27, 2008 05:45

Hi Jason
Thanks for the quick response.
I’m using IE7. I enter a pledge in the textbox and click the “pledge this” button and nothing happens at all!
I have got a constant JavaScript error message on the site though ->
Line: 10219
Char: 9
Error: Unspecified error
Code: 0
URL: http://odadeo.com/
Which isn’t particularly helpful!
I’ve made sure I’ve refreshed the page and even clearer my cache with no success.

Hi David,
Thanks for letting us know. The pledges are working as far as I can see, I've just added a new one.
If you let me know what internet browser you are using and what exactly happens when you try to make a pledge, I will have a look into this for you and see if we can figure out what is not working.
Thanks for your help testing the site,
Jason

A comment on the question "How do you follow someone?" in Odadeo:
Hi Jason, yep, found the start following and be friends link. I didn't realise that "start following" became "be friends" if the person was following me. But I can see that it is a nice progression, and perhaps only because I was looking for start following that it was confusing. Up at the top is good, but I didn't immediately notice it when it was next to instant messaging link. Glad I'm not designing the content, hard to fit everything in neatly and logically. Good luck – Grae, on June 19, 2008 18:46
Jason replied on June 19, 2008 14:45 to the question "How do you follow someone?" in Odadeo:
Hi Grae,
We have moved the 'start following' link to the top of each person's profile page so hopefully this should make things a little clearer. We still want to make it really obvious how to follow people, but hopefully this is a good first step.
Please do let me know any other thoughts you have regarding the site.
Thanks again,
Jason
