Hi David,

This is no problem at all. On the 'you' tab, you will see a box indicating your kids status. If you click on the 'the kids' link, this will take you to the page you need to add another child. Simply scroll down, add the information and click create. This will add a new child to your profile.

Its been a few months since we launched Odadeo as private beta and we are thrilled with the feedback so far. Now that you have had time to review the extra features we've added, we would love to hear what you think?

Any comments? Suggestions? Improvements? Anything you don't understand?

Thanks for the comment. The iphone feature is not fully public yet, so while you may be able to see the link, the actual page is still hidden. Its just there at the minute to show you that we will be providing a specific iphone page in the near future.

But thanks for letting me know, we should make this a little clearer on the site.

I go this response from Apple this morning and it seems to have worked... I'm back buying songs:

To purchase from iTunes Store, you'll need to make corrections to your account information. To do this, follow these steps:

1) Sign out of the iTunes Store by choosing Sign Out from the Store menu in iTunes.

2) Visit Apple's My Info website:

http://myinfo.apple.com

3) Choose your country and preferred language. Then enter your iTunes Store account name and password and click Continue.

4) Choose Address Book from the menu on the left. On the Edit Address Book page, look at your shipping addresses at the bottom. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit.

5) Now choose Phone Numbers from the menu on the left to look at your phone numbers. The area codes should be in the area code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone number field, your account information may not save properly.

6) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save Changes button.

7) Click Log out in the upper-right corner.

When you make your next iTunes Store purchase, you will be asked to review your billing information. At that point, you can change your information or simply click Done. After that, you should be able to purchase items.

Thanks for letting us know. The pledges are working as far as I can see, I've just added a new one.

If you let me know what internet browser you are using and what exactly happens when you try to make a pledge, I will have a look into this for you and see if we can figure out what is not working.

We have moved the 'start following' link to the top of each person's profile page so hopefully this should make things a little clearer. We still want to make it really obvious how to follow people, but hopefully this is a good first step.

Thanks for the question... we are aware that we need to make the following process a lot clearer, so I'm glad you brought this up.

If you click on the person's icon anywhere on the site, this will bring up their profile. Then if you scroll down to below their picture, you will see a 'start following' link. Click this link and you will be following this person. If they are also following you, then they become your friend!

I hope that this helps, please let me know if you have any other problems.

Thanks for this Eric... I'll try this later on. I wanted something simple that appears in my toolbar, but this may be a solution. I want to try and avoid Outlook if possible, but might look around at some others. Thanks anyway.

Thanks again for this info, its really useful. It seems like there may be an issue at our end, so we are looking into this as we speak. I'm really pleased that you have been able to make a pledge, but aware that its not quite working as expected.

Thanks for the message, I'm sorry to hear your having a few issues with the pledges. We think that this may be an issue with JavaScript, so it would be really useful if you could let me know what browser you are using, and also whether you see rounded corners on the pledge box (on the main home page). You should also see suggestions appear as you begin to type the pledge (try typing the word 'make' to test this.

If you could let me know the answer to this, we will investigate the problem further and find a solution.
