Importing pokerstars tournaments not working

I have followed the instructions to import my tournament results from pokerstars, however when i press process, copilot freezes for a while and doesn't import the results.
any ideas?

9 seat pokerstars SnG showing as 10 seater

I won a 9 seat sit&go on pokerstars, however the tournaments summary stated that i came 2nd in a 10 seater.
