Consider making a search widget to install on geo based sites like MySa, Biz Journals, etc. Maybe they could be branded for each city and purchased for a small fee (just thinking out loud).

We're sorry you are having this problem. Since it is a little strange and you are the first to report this, we have a few questions that we need your help with.

We don't know what your email address is so we have no idea if the browser is doing something funny inside the email provider. Links are displayed differently in gmail , hotmail, yahoo, etc., and the way they work is a little different in each browser.

Can you tell us if you are using outlook, thunderbird, OE, Eudora, gmail, yahoo, etc.? Did you click on the link in your email? Or, did you copy and paste into the browser? What exactly happens when you say "it doesn't work"?

I'm sorry you're having trouble and that I have not responded sooner. We had a couple of other users report the same problem that is noted here in the feedback forum.

The good news is that this problem is fixed. Unless we hear otherwise form others you should be good to go. Again, sorry for the trouble and the response time.

I really apologize you're having these issues and for the delayed response. We are having some php websession issues that we're trying to identify and solve. I just tried to create a new test account and am having the same issue. I'm getting someone on the issue right now and will report back to you asap.

Simon & gtwade, thanks for the active feedback. Please let me know how the fresh install works gtwade.

Simon, how long have you been experiencing this problem? I'm trying to pinpoint if this is possibly a software error or a systems error caused by some of the recent changes to database and performance improvements we've been working on.

For further clarification, you're getting this failure only when you're downloading to your devices or to computer or to both device/computer? Regardless, I apologize that you're experiencing this problems guys. We'll get this fixed.

On another note, we are having some intermitten login problems on the site due to some web session errors we're trying to find/resolve. So, if you have a problem loggin in just try refreshing or close/re-open podcastreeady.com. However, if you stay logged in and have cookies on you should not see this problem. Just trying to be forthcoming with info.
