Layout Manager Problem

My Layout manager is enable but it is not showing the tabs kindly check & do the needful so that i can manage the tabs.

A comment on the question "chat problem" in SocialGO:

I have the same problem in my site when someone want to chat with anyone then it takes 30 seconds to ring but after that their is no response .......

Hi Tom,

My site was working well yesterday but in the evening their is a problem on the right hand site groups tab title is not showing and the red color which was given to the header of Newest Members is now the color of whole coloumn. Kindly check and give me the solution.

I think this widget laboratory is good for all the network members but i have notice a short coming in this site that their is not chat room. Reply me when will be the chat room launched.

New layout manager is very good but How can i show 12 members under the newest members tab & 12 groups under newest groups. When i log out from the network it goes directlty to the members tab. How can i change this so that it goes to the welcome page again after logging out.
