WAIT! I think you were so ------- right! Ocassionally, I had that problem when I used twhirl, so when it sudden logged in twhirl, I tried to log in socialthing! and voila! Problem solved.

Emmm... I've been using twhirl, but the problem was so much long before I used any API...

Have you checked that you haven't ran out of Twitter API calls? it's 75/hour and if you use friendfeed, you should be aware that i uses up your API Requests pretty quick – Jay16K, on May 04, 2008 09:23

Ha...well getting these services to implement OpenID is a very different story, but in our case, we'll be supporting OpenID very soon.

Well, the beauty is that, with OAuth, you guys only need to support one API, instead of many... simplifying the effort and time to maintain and develop the authorization protocols!

Adding Twitter as a service fails with the message that it failed to login to Twitter. I double, triple, and so on rechecked my user and password, i resetted my twitter password and used the new one, changed it back and used the new old password, it tells me every time that it couldn't log onto twitter. This really annoys me, so please kcan someone look into that issue?

That's a great idea. And being the CEO I would have to defer that to the developers of the site. However, I do agree. I think that getting token based authentication going for every service is super important. We really hate asking for passwords, but to get the value out of it, we have to authenticate in some method. I'll make sure the guys see this.
