    A few features to think about adding in later revisions!
    I am really liking VIPRE now that it appears stable, saying that may I suggest one or two things:

    1. When a PC has been shutdown for longer than a day, you get nagged by the gold exclamation mark from hell. Could an option be added that allows you to suppress the messages, also allowing VIPRE to update automatically without the nag?

    2. On my machine I do not have an email client nor do I check email on it. Could an option be added to ignore disabled features so the shield shows a normal blue hue.

    Ok, will uninstall and the reinstall. However there is no link to a removal tool. Your link is for the vipre installer.

    Vipre Slows Boot to a crawl, sbamsvc.exe Crashes many times.
    I recently purchased VIPRE and am running it on the following:

    WIndows XP Home SP3
    512MB RAM

    I have found in the Application logs that VIPRE appears to have an issue with WindowBlinds from Stardock. After installing VIPRE my PC would take close to 45 minutes to boot with SBAMsvc.exe crashing multiple times. Below is the Application Log:

    I have disable the option in 'Active Protection', called 'Check files when they are opened or copied'. That has allowed my PC too boot much faster, however that has removed an important part of the protection from VIPRE I would like to re-enable it soon.

    I also run SS Personal Firewall (4.5.916)
