Restrictions - excessively high number of profile views, you too?How many people have received this boilerplate?
This has happened to me twice in four days, and frankly I'm about ready to jump ship.
Oh, and for the record, I am definitely NOT using 1) automated or manual means to view an excessively high number of profiles or mini-profiles, and
2) automated means to run searches to collect or store data obtained from our site.
I am spending more time exchanging emails with customer service than on linkedin itself, who told me my account was fine just this morning. Sure, I could leave my linkedin account alone and let it sit there, but isn't the purpose of networking - to network actively...
I'd love to know who else is having customer service issues with linkedin???

Oh so fun...
Now I do consider myself to be an active LinkedIn user, and I probably view 5-10 profiles a day, roughly the number of people that request connections with me. Nope, I don't use any automated processes. Fun, that LinkedIn Customer Service has responded to my "request" (what request) by suspending my account. Guess I'll need to be a Web 2.0 evangelist for another organization, and I was doing so well getting Arizona to sign up.
