Jay paul ghetto's dashboard

I've taken great care of my Honda 2003 Accord but as of late my engine light wont turn itself off even after I've checked the lock on the gasoline door.

P.S. It has a little over 100,000 miles and had a tune up a little after the 60,000 mile point.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
