to bring back and boost up member activityHi friends and Socialgo corp. I am proud to say that I made my first college's network on socialgo. Because I found Socialgo very nice and worthy. After that no social network could give me this much satisfaction. But after some months my friends on my network lose interest in my network. So they began to forget about our network. Gradually I also started forgetting about my network. The main reason behind this with out implementing the ideas under considering not as fast as expected.
For example I had put an idea send Birthday greetings a s mail http://getsatisfaction.com/socialgo/t... ....which could arouse interest of members to open network again and increase user activity at last once in a year. Like these many ideas are being put in consideration list as well. So please try to implement very fast.
One more suggestion. Try to make nice themes for free networks in Socialgo. Because free networks could be the foundation to the revenue for Socialgo some times.

A comment on the question "Where is the chat function?" in SocialGO:
But social go provided who-Im as a replacement to text chat of social go. So it would be nice if 'enter' key has message sending function. And widget labs who- Im can be modified like ,that each lines automatically starts as the specific line size ends. Then enter key wont be necessary for adding a new line. And for adding a new paragraph as sojan said can be implemented by adding an extra menu in the box if it is that much necessary. And for sending messages there is already an option with socialgo. So every users need only chat option. – Jaikumar, on August 18, 2009 15:31

to press enter for sending messages in Who-ImWho- Im is meant for text chat....so it should be more user friendly.....To send a text essage after typing we could be able to type 'enter'. It would be nice than using send message.Plese consider this Evil Genius..
Jaikumar replied on August 12, 2009 00:37 to the idea "Member ranking System" in SocialGO:
SG Ranking system should not only be on the basis of their posts
It should depend on the number of referred members by them (by invitation),
Number of times they Logged in, completed profile including pic etc....
So everyone will take care in completing profiles ad adding pic which will make community an active one

Jaikumar replied on July 26, 2009 11:03 to the problem "Permenantly delete members" in SocialGO:
They are seen in the deleted list (they are visible in the Manage members option....and not visible in the members list). No need of showing even in the deleted list. They should be removed fully. I don't need to reactivate them at all. Those members were not desired members at all. The main problem is that total members shown in right side of admin panel is including deleted members. means total members is '180', deleted is '5' so actual members should be '175' only. But '180' is shown there. And member id #144, #157 etc are deleted members. So member's id should be rearranged. So that deleted members are out of the member list And no member id will be ever allotted to deleted members.
Jaikumar reported a problem in SocialGO on July 25, 2009 17:17:
Permenantly delete membersWhy Members cant be deleted permanently? They may be not visible to other members as you said. Its not enough. They should be deleted from members list in manage members also. And member id should be rearranged. Members count should be corrected excluding deleted members. Now my meber count is including deleted members. And deleted members also shares a memberid number. deleted members dont need member's id.

'sms all members' like 'message all members'Message to all members should have one more option. Message to all members is now sending emails only. If an sms option is also there, it will be really nice. Socialgo can include some ads in all sms to member's mobiles. It will promote all members to network to the maximum. Nothing can do the same job with this much result. The new option can be called as 'sms to all members'. There are many free sms websites. Why cant socialgo provide this system?. My members are almost Indians. Other members who are outside Indians can be excluded.
Jaikumar replied on July 25, 2009 16:51 to the idea "Display wall count and link on home page and reply option" in SocialGO:
That means walls count should be displayed in the home page itself on the left side itself. Now wall count can only be known if we opens our profile page. So a count like '4 walls' should be displayed above 'requests', 'messages' tabs or below our profile picture in home page. Its like 'orkut' displays '4 scraps' in the home page. Its a good option. Members will love it really.
Jaikumar shared an idea in SocialGO on July 25, 2009 09:23:
Display wall count and link on home page and reply optionI have an opinion. Each member might have a desire to see his walls in his home page than messages. Because walls are easy to put. So walls should display below his picture or anywhere in the left side. And there should be option to reply to wall messages others had put.
