This is the third time I've tried reaching out to WaTunes without any response from you guys. I'm supposedly a VIP member (I am also a Lawyer) and have a few important issues/concerns. I represent the band, Jump Clubb.

1. The single 'The Love of No Dance' is only up on iTunes and no other digital retailer. Why is this? I paid to have their music distributed to all of the digital retail stores.

2. I joined VIP so I would have the option to offer CDs on demand through Amazon. Amazon shows no products or digital music for Jump Clubb.

3. I am certain the Jump Clubb single has sold through iTunes, I bought copies myself, and I was under the impression that I'd have up to date sales info. I go to the 'sales' tab and it is unable to generate any report. Why is this?

The Jump Clubb album comes out this Tuesday and I am very nervous that it may not even show up on iTunes that day. I've spent a lot of money on promoting and marketing this release (not to mention the money I gave you for this so called VIP membership).

I expect a response to these questions and some sort of reassurance that going through your service is worth the money spent on membership. Up to this point I feel like Im getting screwed, as does many of your other users I've come to notice on these community message boards. Please respond or legal action will be taken.
