I'm really sorry that you've had such difficulty with this system. Can you kindly forward the specific request to simon@techtarget.com.au - Simon is the chief editor for SearchCIO and will be gladly able to assist.

We're looking into the mailbox failure, it actually seems to stem from a completely different issue and it should be back to normal in the next business day.
