This is why you use Zendesk and Zendesk Forums. It's a little more classic than GS, but gets the job done.
GS is very adamant about being public, and I think it'll limit their growth. We like them, but you have to buy into the everything-online-transparency mantra.
We also do not like how users are essentially joining a group of collective GS forums -- doesn't seem that useful to us, but it does seem useful to GS. I think the Power-To-The-Users mantra is a cover. In the end they need to see that the business needs to succeed and they'll just lose the higher end business.
Great Web2.0-ish tool though our users think it's a bit too much going on. We still like it enough to use it.

Did Overhead get discontinued?Did Overhead get discontinued? I see the settings for it in my admin panel but don't see how one would look at it. My test seems to work well, but I don't see where that pulls into GS.-

Add tell a friend to appYou should be able to tell a friend directly from the app. That could be as simple as popping over to Mail with a prefilled message with a link to the app. Or, could push email or phone # back into the Talk2Us system to send a referral message. Or both. Just some way to follow up with a friend if you showed it off to them...

Add in visual voicemail must-have features that are missingThe voicemail experience should build on apple's own visual voicemail. There are couple of features missing from Talk2Us functionality on the iPhone:
1. You should be able to play a message from the main screen without selecting the message and waiting for the next screen and data to load, then hitting play. Play button should appear on the left when a message is selected.
2. Trashed messages should go to a Deleted Messages folder for retrieval for a period of time. Would prevent having to add a confirm to the trash icon, which can be a bit touchy and prone to hitting on beta 4.

stop/play too small on playback screenAfter touching a voicemail on main screen, expanded play screen appears. Stop and Play buttons are too small. Stop button often conflicts with the forward button or call button if you happen to fat finger and miss it.
The play button can also cause you to hit the trash button. And the trash button instantly deletes the message with no chance of recovery

Length of recording line should be labeled and more usefulLength of recording line should be identified with a max time defined on the right, which I assume is what it's for. Nice to have a current recording time counter, but not necessary. Nice to have a actual recording length appear once stopped, but not required.

SMS, Email, Phone sliders should be repositioned and clarifiedSMS, Email and Phone sliders should be YES / NO and should default to email YES, SMS NO and Phone NO (or secondarily, allow defaults to be specified in Settings, which may frankly be better).
These buttons should also be repositioned for greater functionality, perhaps all in a vertical column.
The word 'phone' should potentially be more clear -- like 'outbound phone call' or 'outbound call'

Record and Play buttons and functions should change to be more useful and prominentMake it easier to play and record and stop play and stop record by increasing the size of the buttons and reposition them . These are major command buttons. Also make it clear when you record, that if you stop and record again, your prior recording will be erased.

Delete the graphic on the send page for voice entryWhat's the graphic on the top half of the screen do? Looks like it doesn't do anything, so I say remove it. Use the space to reorganize the bottom half of the screen. Even if it was supposed to be a volume level or audio graphic, seems not useful.

Send screen contact entry could be more functionalWhen you send a voice message in beta 4, it's unclear where to put your contact if you start from scratch. Why can't you just start typing it in? The plus sign lets you add it from contacts, which is fine I guess but typing with autolookup like mail or messaging would be best

Send screen shouldn't pop a menu at firstThe send button pops a 3 button menu. This is awkward, it should go to 1 screen, then let me toggle whether I'm going to record my voice or type-
