Hi JD,
Just go to http://pbwiki.com/content/webinars and you can pull up past webinars and download their recordings.

Generally, we have you pay by the number of users you have, or intend to have. For instance, you pay $X for 25 users, $Y for 50 users, $Z for 100 users and so on. I know we're working on pricing for 2.0 wikis now, but haven't released anything concrete yet.
If I were you, I'd start talking to TK, our Sales guy, and see what he has to say about your particular situation. If you email sales @ pbwiki, you'll probably hear from him pretty soon.

What you'll have to do, Karla, is have your other user create a PBwiki Account, and then with the email they used there, add that in [Settings | Users], and set their access from there.
We have disabled Invite Keys for the Beta, and are discussing the merits of this decision, and what we're going to do in the future here: http://getsatisfaction.com/pbwiki/top...

Currently, you must have a PBwiki account to have access to a 2.0 PBwiki. We've disabled wiki-wide Invite Keys at all levels for 2.0 wikis. So yes, people will have to have individual passwords for PBwiki - for their accounts. Access to a wiki has to be granted through Settings | Users, and that is where you set the level of access such as Reader or Editor.
As for the post-Beta future, we're discussing the merits of both systems in this thread: http://getsatisfaction.com/pbwiki/top...

I've just set up my pB 2.0 wiki and created a seperate "test" user to see what it looks like to someone from the outside. Now, no matter what I do, the test user (all signed up with new PB account, etc) has no edit function, and can't even comment. OK, so now I realize I have to not only have that user have a wikiPB account but I also have to "invite" them as a writer in order for them to have access. This seems complex. Also, when I invite someone to become a writer, no notification of that fact get sent out. Is this how this is supposed to work or am I missing something here? On other wikis, I just enter in the passcode and I am editing....?
