Hi,
I'm not sure how helpful I can be without getting better details of what browsers you are using, and even the content on the page you're seeing this errors. If your wiki is public, feel free to post the link here and I'll take a look at the offending page. If it's not, you can click the Help link in the upper-right hand corner of your wiki and we'll help you privately.
Thanks for your patience!
Casey Greene replied on February 20, 2008 01:34 to the question "why do html codes show when someone else is looking at a page, but not on the editor's (even after its saved) version." in PBwiki:
If they're trying to edit the pages, they might be coming from a browser (Safari) where the only editor we currently have available is the Classic editor, and they would see all the wiki markup that makes up a page, whereas all you see is pretty pretty formatting. If they're using a point-and-click editor, they may have clicked the "Source" button which shows the HTML markup, and if to make that go away, they just have to click it again.
If they're just looking at the wiki pages themselves, though, you might want to have someone who knows HTML go through your source code and see if somehow some extra tags got typed in, and then figure out how to delete those without messing up the formatting you have.

why do html codes show when someone else is looking at a page, but not on the editor's (even after its saved) version. After editing and the page looks perfect, when my friend goes in to check from another computer, html codes show up on the pages. How can we fix this?-

I'm sorry. I know our editor is a little flaky at times. We are working on that and we'll have a new version out very soon.
See this page to help you with spacing.

as soon as i go into edit, and save, any number of spaces or lines or overlap aren't visible until i save it. then i have to go in and re-edi them out. helpit seems that i have to do excessive editing and even when i make changes and save them, it seems like new problems pop up. is there some way to see the problems while i am in edit so i can deal with them there?
