This is identical to the response I received when I wrote to the Executive Customer Relations at T-mo (only mine was from a Barbara McGuire) - and I emphasized that I have a business acct with them (5 lines) for 5+ years. They clearly do NOT care.

I have received an email response that is exactly the same as bblboy54's - verbatem, and I have a corporate acct w/ T-mobile. They really do NOT care.

Several of us have responded on the Twitter topic - it is VERY discouraging, as I am (was) a loyal T-mobile customer and it appears that T-mobile is taking the very low road on this issue.

This is especially frustrating, since I've just signed up to twitter, now my 1st interaction with it is an error msg that apparently affects me because I use t-mobile. 1st I can't get an iPhone, now I can't use twitter.

Guess I'll have to use Jaiku instead.
