Thanks! I do the synchronize bit already, but that just makes a separate calendar I can look at in Outlook on my desktop but doesn't actually place items in my Exchange calendar.
Would the ical ones download into my Exchange calendar or the separate Sandy shared one?
Hee--I just realized I could just try it myself instead of buggin you! :)

If you don't want to get a paid service, you can do a few more steps and just import the ical files for your appointments. Sandy can send them via email when you make an appointment, or you can go to the appointment itself and download the file there.
Another thing you can do is periodically go to your daily digest, look on the bottom right of the screen and you'll see the box "Take it with you". The first bit under that has two options, Subscribe, and Download. If you download that file, it imports your entire Sandy accept your Contacts.
Note that I haven't done the last one myself, as I do the individual transfers when I want, though most of my Sandy I don't bother syncing.

When I found Sandy I thought your site was the best thing since sliced bread. unfortunately looks can be deceiving and Sandy does not measure up to your hype. I'll be gracious and attribute it to growing pains but you have some serious problems that need to be addressed quickly. Two times I have emailed for tech support, The first time it was several days before I received a reply. It has been about a week since my second request and I am still waiting. The concept is good but your delivery is close to abysmal. I hesitate to criticize since yours is a free site, however i would rather pay for something and have it work correctly rather than get something for free that not only does not work, creates more of a problem. As it is, in order to properly utilize Sandy I had to purchase a program for $50 to get Sandy to synch with my phone. At this point I am canceling my account. I will check back in a few months to see if you have gotten your act together. I wish you luck because the concept is great - I just do not have the time or the patience to use a system that is supposed to make my life easier but only complicates things.

Can't set appointments in Sandy through Jott, Is it me?I set up my Sandy account and my Jott account and successfully (I think) linked them. When I call Jott I give Sandy's name and it accepts it. I state "Remember doctor's appointment this Friday at 9 AM", wait for the confirmation and then hang up. In a few minutes I get a text message with the message I gave to Jott. And that is all. It never shows up anywhere on Sandy's web site or in my calender. Am I doing something wrong?

I found a solution - although it is not free. Chapura software (chapura.com) has a program called FolderMirror that puts the Sandy information into the main Outlook calender. When you do your regular sync from your desktop to your mobile device the information from Sandy is downloaded into your mobile device. I have just tried it once and it appears to work. They have a 7 day free trial so that should be enough time to see if it will work on other devices and systems. It claims to work on any OS.
