Exactly - and indicate what the current time in UTC is. I don't know off the top of my head what the current UTC time is. This way, I could calculate if the activity was a minute ago or 2 hours ago.

The current time based on the time zone being used for all the other times displayed on the page.

Ideally, all the times would be displayed in the observer's time zone. But, now it appears that they are using GMT/UTC time.

Am I missing something?

on the page where you answer a FAQ - and in the email notification I receive when a question is assigned to me, could you add the 'envelope' information? i.e. the questioner's name, and location and the widget used to submit the question? This would prevent me from having to open two windows in order to see all the information that would be helpful to know when answering a question.

Until you get the time zone issue sorted out - where the times displayed on the Ask an Expert pages are in GMT time, could you indicate the current time - possibly at the top of the history? That way, the user could make the calculations themselves.

find an extension institution

On the home page at: http://www.extension.org/ when I type a full state name in the "Find an Extension Institution" box, it does nothing.

If I type the 2 letter abbreviation for the state, it works.

Recommendation: accept the full name or make it so I can't type that many characters in the box or give some indication that I'm supposed to use the abbreviation.

Would it be possible to make it so that the widget I put on my page would give the ability for the user to select a category? THEN the questions from the widgets could be routed to the individual with that expertise.

Just a thought... what about assigning questions to two 'experts' rather than just one. If one of them answers the question, then the other could be notified. This way if a question gets assigned to an expert who is out of the office for a couple of days the question would have a much better chance of getting answered in a timely manner.

Once a question is answered, it would be nice to be able to send additional information at a later time or correct an answer that had a mistake.

I've run into this several times. I believe it is usually an agent in a county where they are the only ag agent, therefore, they are responsible for all areas of agriculture.

When reassigning an AaE question and I hover over an expert's name, if they have a lot of expertise areas and they are near the top of the list, I cannot see the top rows of the info box. See attached image for example.

Is it possible to filter the "Incoming" AaE list to show multiple sources? i.e. NC_CES* or even better the ability to filter "all the sources in MY sources list"?
