good job. I've had poor customer service and lousy voice quality, and many dropped calls with AT&T too. I was searching for the address and found this post. I also found a web site for the Attorney-general of CT who is taking action against AT&T for their poor customer service, so I'd recommend at least emailing. The address can be found at this URL:

Hey Jared, Good Info. I do not have their Iphone but I had occasion to call customer service for the third time re my new unpublished land- line phone was supposed to be unlisted. I was connected to a salesman who sold me a package that I couldn't refuse = landline, unlimited calling & DSL. He lied big time and it's going to cost me a fortune to disconnect from AT&T.
