No answers to my questions!

Two months ago I posted I needed a contact management program to work with Thunderbird. 3 other people have this problem. There have not been any answers or suggestions. I've had this happen with several of my postings. It's disappointing when you post questions and receive no responses.

I don't remember my password for apple mail. I stopped my MobileMe account. Could that be the problem? My computer always "remembered" the password previously.

Have not been able to locate anyone to talk to or email at Apple.

Organizing/Separating Scanned Pages

I am a real estate broker and receive many signed documents via scanning/email. Most clients return ALL documents together, even though they are for different topics. Sometimes a document is signed incorrectly and I have the client resign/resend.

What product of Adobe do I need to be able to "separate pages of my choice" and put them in correct order? I currently have the free Adobe Reader. What other software do I need? I also want to be able to go to multiple PDF documents and combine them into a package utilizing individual pages.

How do I do this?

This is s a defect by Sony. I had 5 Vaio's and 4 had the battery problem. Google "sony battery problem" and you will see hundreds of people with this issue. Call Sony, insist they replace your current battery or replace your computer. After 5 months of arguing, they replaced one of my computers.

Why are there so many "needs answer" postings? What happens when a problem is resolved? I was on the Mozilla page and it looks like no questions ever get resolved. So far none of my questions have been answered on this site. Seems like a great concept but wonder if it works well. I hope so!

Contact Management with Thunderbird?

I desperately need a Contact Management Program that works with Thunderbird. I don't want to be forced to use Outlook with Microsoft. ACT is the major contact program but I don't think it works with Thunderbird. I really need a program that will allow one entry for email as well as contact management. This is a crap real estate market and I need this program ASAP to help with all my new contacts.

It's open now because when I tried to access my account.....I had to fill out a dialogue box so an email could be sent to my mail box verifying I was really me. A lot of my information was erased including my photo. I re-entered most of it and uploaded my photo again. Also my previous questions have not been resolved either.
