First, let your assistant know. Even with native English speakers we sometimes misinterpret your intentions. Usually an assistant will want to do it right for you. Second, you should close out the task, rate it, and leave a note in the feedback box that appears when you close the task. We keep tabs on these to make sure our level of service is more than you would expect.

Trouble adding an FAQ user

I'm trying to follow the suggestion to add FAQs to my company by first creating a new FAQ user. I got the confirmation email and everything, but when I try to log in with that user (I need a password reminder), it tells me the email doesn't exist. help?

ah, oops. sorry. Yes the "script" tag isn't allowed in Backpack pages. So, either an iframe, or the embed/object tag (since you're using a SWF to show the graphs). Been hacking around with my own versions today (i.e. an iframe call to a page on my own domain that then spits out the Javascript), but it'd be cooler to just have something that's official and works right :)
