As soon as we can get a new release out, we're going to remove the whole concept of invite tokens and authorization

We realize this has been a painful process for everyone and that's definitely not what we were shooting for.

definitely something we're considering. The toolbar approach would also allow you to find the top posts if you were visiting a blog.

It should be fairly instantaneous. A few users reported that the invite went into their spam folder.
