On the GoogleReader Home page do you see a blue box just above the Tips and Tricks that says GoogleReader Extension?

Also can you confirm you're clicking on an individual feed not All Items nor a folder?

Turns out if you disable addon version checking, it will work in FireFox 3. We'll be providing an updated version to make this less painful soon

The All Items view is not currently supported in the AideRSS GoogleReader Firefox Extension. A technical limitation in the List View of All Items has prevented us from providing support.

It's possible just a little complicated at the moment. Basically you need to use our APIs (see http://apidoc.aiderss.com)

Here's the step by step:
1) Get the Feed ID for the blog (see http://apidoc.aiderss.com/Feed_ID)
So for Treehugger you'd call: http://api.aiderss.com/feed_id?appkey...

2) Now that you know the Feed ID for TreeHugger, call our Feed API (see: http://apidoc.aiderss.com/Feed)
So for Treehugger (Feed ID 2196) with Best filter and 10 posts you'd call:
http://api.aiderss.com/feed?appkey=ge...

That should do the trick. We just ask that you please replace appkey (getsatisfaction.com) with something that identifies your request. See http://apidoc.aiderss.com/Application...
