Hi sorry you're having problems with the signup process on your PC.
First we no longer require an access code, people found it too confusing but unfortunately our documents still reference them on this site. There is no way to update them here.
Here's what is happening, when you first sign up on your BlackBerry, you receive a Welcome Email which you received since you were able to install the app on Windows.
Once you have installed the app on Windows you need to sign in with the same email address and password that you used on your BlackBerry. So you are correct you're .NET is all good if you're able to see the red note.
What is happening is somewhere on the login. The first time you run i2b on your Windows PC it does a couple of things:
1) it validates your credentials (username & password)
2) associates your iTunes library with your device
3) uploads your playlists and associated track listings
So it sounds like your not getting passed the initial login on your PC. When you choose Sign Up does it display a small form asking you for your email and password? If so after clicking on the signup button are you presented with any error messages?

Google Down, No Welcome Emails Flowing :-(Gmail and Gmail for Apps is currently down, as a result Welcome Emails are not currently being sent. The Welcome Email includes important setup information including where to download the Windows i2b Desktop Client.
In the meantime you can download the Windows Installer from http://i2b.parkvu.com/i2b.exe. Please note, you must install i2b on your BlackBerry first. Then please sign into the Windows i2b client with the same Email Address and Password you used on your BlackBerry.

sounds like there are previous transactions that are now being processed. Originally i2b used to upload your Top 25 and recently added tracks in anticipation that is what you would want on your BlackBerry. We have recently disabled that function but I'm guessing because of the date of the first time you signed in, those uploads we were waiting for you.
Hopefully by now all those transactions have cleared and you're starting to see your songs on your BlackBerry

we recently updated our servers with some new playlist processing features that addressed some issues people with blank playlists we're experiencing. Would you mind making a small iTunes change (rate a song, change a playlist or play a song through to the end) and restart i2b on your desktop.
Then restart i2b on your Windows PC. Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

Apologies that you're running into issues.
If you're icon is blue, the application is running and you have successfully signed into the service. Could you try the following please?
Open iTunes and make a small change, for example change the rating of a song, play a song in it's entirety or create a new playlist. Then restart i2b by quitting it (right-click on the blue note) and starting it again.
You should see your iTunes library upload. Once that has completed, your playlists on your BlackBerry should be available.
