Hi Michael,
Midway through the thread here you can see an example of where I tried to moderate by email, including the !END code. The comment was approved, but after it another comment appeared reading 'Re: Jana commented on some thoughts on Twilight Approve ' -

If I do that, the comment is approved. But then I also end up with a comment from me immediately after it, reading simply 'approve'. What am I doing wrong?
I'm mostly using Entourage on a Mac but it happens if I approve messages via email from my iPhone or from Outlook at work. -

When the blog gets a new comment, I receive the notification email, as per below:

When I email back 'approve' absolutely nothing happens. I don't get an error message but the comment remains in moderation. The only way I can approve comments is through the ID dashboard.
