I totally agree with you. We have NEVER had any luck with their customer service. I think it is a classic example of a bottom-line oriented company that cares NOTHING at all for quality, or customer satisfaction.

Customer Rep lied!
paid bill online -- could NOT watch any pay-per-view movies after I paid the bill. Customer rep LIED and said we would be able to watch movies right away.
