Issuu reader count is not working

For the last two weeks or so it seems the readers count is not working. It is either blank or shows a 0 even though there have been readers.

I know its possible to link to page X by editing the last parts of the url. But that ends up sending someone to issuu.com and then to page X and Id like it to go to my own site then go to page X
