Hi everyone! Yesterday we released the new version of your Settings panel on 2.0 wikis - which means you can now add multiple users at one time. Just go to "Settings" and then "Users" and click the "Add multiple emails" link. I hope this helps!

You can also tell users to go to the login page on your wiki and use the Request Access button:
