Thanks for your replies, I didn't realise how old the version was until yesterday. I will work through the suggestions but I'm reluctant to make it too strict that legit e-mail is tagged - how it is configured has been pretty good for the past year+. Ninja is usually so good at picking up our spam I pretty much forget it's there. Sending through some sample spam now...

We have noticed that there has been an increase of spam over the last couple days. I believe this is due to new spam who's signature has not yet been added to Cloudmark.

Could you forward us a bunch of these messages? As many as you feel like forwarding. We'll test them out here and see what we can find out.

Are you using the proper credentials to login when the push install prompts you? Are these machines, the CSE Server, and the Windows 2003 server on the same domain?
