I have the i776 and it said the app wasn't available for this model after I went through the entire process of signing up for it.
I requested to be notified should it become available... but it wasn't necessary.
I was looking through my phones menu & found an icon labeled "Java Apps"... and inside this folder was Loopt.
Since I was already signed up at the website, all I had to do was log in... and it has been working ever since.
Now, I'm waiting to see if they are going to make the newest version of loopt (the loopt mix app) available for the Boost Mobile phones... hopefully it will be soon.
Loopt is ok, but it seems like a waste of time compared to loopt mix. If they don't make it work on all the phone that can use loopt I think I'll just delet my account & stop using the regular loopt app. -

will loopt mix be available for boost mobile?I found loopt through facebook after getting a Motorola i776 phone using Boost Mobile. At first it looked like my phone wasn't supported... but it's working just fine, after the initial notice saying it wasn't available for my phone.
After trying to figure out what to doI noticed the loopt mix app being hyped... but obviously I can't get/use it since I don't have an iPhone.
Will you make loopt mix available for ALL the phones that can use the loopt app? If not, why? It seems like a waste of time to just have the plain loopt when the loopt mix seems so much better. I realize I have a cheap phone that isn't anywhere in the league of an iPhone, Palm Pre, Blackberry etc... but if I can get loopt to work on this thing it makes sense for you guys to make the latest & best app available for everyone.
The regular loopt is ok, but if the loopt mix isn't going to become available for my phone sometime in the near future I'll most likely delet my loopt account & just stop using the limited version of your app.
If you guys get around to helping us Boost Mobile people, please let me know.
