Is there an option to turn "SNAP TO GRID" off when using mouse?

I noticed you can't align controls at the pixel level with the mouse. It appears that ever movement when dragging a control is a few pixels (like there is a grid you are snapping to). I just realized I can do the "fine" movement with the arrow keys but is there a way to do fine alignment with the mouse?

Not sure if this is known or not. When I open the paragraph editor, it often opens so the top of the edit area is behind the menu bar at the top. Ie. I can't see or edit the first few lines of the paragraph. See attached image.

enhancement requests

Here are my two big enhancement requests thus far:

1. Scroll page infinitely vertically (unless I am missing how to do this?)
2. Create a workbook to store all pages in.

I love this product and this concept and just paid the $79 for it. However, slow and choppy mouse movement while just moving the mouse and while dragging things is killing the experience for me. It also seems to "stop selecting" when selecting multiple objects even though the left mouse button is still down. (especially near the bottom of the page). Are these common problems? Any solution? My computer is a 2.4ghz quad core so performance on my end should be fine and is fine in all other applications.
