Hi Ken,
I just found out that we did make it possible to display them. My coworker corrected me. Here are the instructions.
When you are playing the slide show roll over the pointer of mouse on to the screen so that you will find a menu below. In that menu just beside the "share"
option click on the symbol to show photo captions.

Actually, I don't need to be the person to assist you. You could go to your shopping cart and you should see a chat link in the upper right hand side of the page. You can click on that option. Tell them that Jennifer from Snapfish CS suggested they clear your shopping cart on Get Satisfaction. Any agent will hopefully understand that message and do the correct thing to help you. I'm often in chat taking supervisor queries so you could also try to chat with me that way.

Hmmm. I don't quite understand your question. The highest resolution for Quick Upload is 1672x1254 which is a great resolution for 4x6. So if your images are less than that we will upload them at the resolution the images are and will not alter the resolution at all. If you send your email address or an order id from an old order, I can check your account to tell you the resolution of our recently uploaded photos.

I'm terribly sorry to hear of the problems you experienced using our upload service. Please reply back to this post with your service ticket number and I'll take a close look at your case to see what I can find out.
In the meantime, a solution occurs to me. Does your sister have the images on her computer? Can she upload them to her account and share with you? 50 images will upload pretty quickly and you'll be able to use them right away in your book project.
Please do let me know the ticket number so that I can specifically resolve your case.

I understand your hesitance to have this happen again. Losing the captions is something that a few other users have reported in the last 6 months or so. We have tried to reproduce the problem, but we have not been able to do it yet. This is what is stopping us from being able to resolve the problem.
I recommended the book option because currently there are no open or suspected issues with saving projects in that application. It should be secure for all your saved work.
I am sorry too that our online support team didn't give you a more direct answer. I suspect they were having wishful thinking that maybe something could be done to help recover your lost captions.

Thank you for contacing us on Get Sat. I'm sorry to hear your captions dissappeared from your album. I can understand all the time and effort you put in to entering them. I'm sorry that our technical support team hasn't replied yet to your ticket. Unfortunately, the missing captions will not be able to be restored. We don't have saved versions of your account with information like that we can restore to an account if a technical glitch casuses something to happen. It sounds like one of our site upgrade may have caused the problem to begin with, but I'm not sure.
Unfortunately, you will need to enter the captions again. If you would like to make a photo book as your final project, I recommend that you enter the captions in the photo book directly. You will be able to save the captions in the book as you go along. Because this is all being done on the internet, it is possible for glitches to occur. I feel like the save function for books is more developed than for captions in your album and should work better for you.

Hi Laura,
I'm sorry that you are having a problem doing what you want with our calendar application. We don't currently have a "save as" function for our calendars or books. When you create one all your changes will be saved in that one copy. I know this can be frustrating for users who want to do exactly what you are describing . . . make one basic template and personalize several copies for various familiy and friends.
Our recommendations to get around the limitation of not having a "save as" function is to make one book in full and order it. Once you have ordered one book, it will stay saved in your account under Purchased Projects. You can then open that saved version and make a change to it. When you save the changes, a new book will be saved under "saved projects" and the old one will remain saved under "purchased projects." Every time you open the "purchased project" and make a change and save it, a new book will appear in "saved projects." I know this isn't the ideal fix, but it is something that works.

Thanks for your question. At this time, it's not possible to move your photos from your Facebook account. You can print the photos from your Facebook account directly through Snapfish, but you can't simply move them. Another thing you can do with Facebook is share your Snapfish photos on Facebook. Unfortunately, you can't move your Facebook photos to Snapfish.
