hi, my name is Jennifer. My checking account was billed for $3.96 from APL*ITUNES. I called the 1-866-712-3813 number to resolve issues, but that isn't a working number. All I know is over a month ago I downloaded some free music. I called my bank, but all they could suggest is to wait a week and include the law. Can someone contact me before it goes that far? thanks. Jennifer L. White
