Ask your employee what happened to the equipment after he picked it up!Charter Communications continues to claim I never returned their equipment a year later.. despite the fact that I have a work order signed by one of THEIR employees that verifies that I have! I have sent it to them via fax, but I remain in collections for a cable modem and cable box for over $700.00!!
And there seems to be no one at Charter who can communicate in the English language well enough to resolve this situation!
