There is nobody within the subscriber list called "Peter" (which is the name that is being generated). How can I be sure that the correct names will work when i decide to send it?

I am currently trying to send a newsletter in which I am personalising at the top with the subscriber's name.

I sent a preview two different accounts, however the name that appears is "Peter". There is no subscriber within the list called Peter. Both of my accounts are within the subscriber list. I used the "personalise email" drop down box within the Sendloop editor to add in Subscriber name.

Can you suggest what I am doing wrong?

unwanted code added causing links not to work

Sendloop seems to be adding in extra code into my anchor links and unsubscription links.
It is adding in a link to the sendloop homepage, and as such my links are not working.

Can anyone explain why this is happening and what I need to do to sort it?

Can someone shed some light on why the design test hasn't worked for any of my newsletters???

The email browsers are either stuck on "processing" (for over an hour) or there is a red "X" in the corner.

I understand that the newsletter can be rejected or classed as spam, but this newsletter only has a spam score of 0.6. Also, when previewing it manually by sending it to a hotmail address it isn't getting blocked.

how long will this take? in the meantime we are all sending out below-standard newsletters, or even worse bombarding the support team so much they are too busy to answer our queries??

links and anchors

When I preview my newsletter the links work fine in Hotmail, but the font size is wrong in a couple of areas (even though I just fixed it). My links work fine when previewing the newsletter in Outlook but the images move position.

I haven't tested any other email applicationsbecause the design test doesn't work.

Help!
