jennilloyd reported a problem in Get Satisfaction on February 12, 2009 15:19:
please respond to my query about costsI've sent a message a few times, asking for someone to contact me about pricing and options for the pro package. I've had no response so far. I'm building a site for a client in which we will be asking visitors for their ideas on our project. We don't expect high volumes of traffic but we do want to be able to customise the look and feel and don't want to display advertising. All I want to know is the likely cost.-

jennilloyd reported a problem in Twitter on January 09, 2008 23:39:
07624 UK number being charged at international rates by 3.It appears that the UK number is allocated to Manx Telecom, based in the Isle of Man. As this is not a part of the UK (being a crown protectorate)some operators view these numbers as being international. This is very misleading as Twitter displays it with the +44 prefix, indicating it is a local number, leading to a very nasty surprise on the bill. Further info is available here: http://tinyurl.com/38sfb2. I think you should offer an alternative number to users on affected networks.
