Yeah, I'd like to know, too - I have a couple of friends with a lot on thier plates who haven't gotten to following me yet, and I'd really like to get messages to them sometimes.

Why are parts of direct tweets getting posted for the public to see?

Why do the ends of some of my long direct tweets get posted for everyone to see? For example, I had one yesterday - "Thanks. Yeah, we say a commercial on hgtv where they're gonna drive a car into a house then show how to fix it - the first part sounds like fun right now." The last 3 words, "fun right now" not only got sent directly to the person, but also showed up on my public timeline. ??? I'd really like to keep my private stuff private...

Does Twitter work in Singapore yet?

We're moving to Singapore soon, and would like to use Twitter to stay in touch with our US friends. I've read that as of a year ago, Singaporeans could only add updates, not recieve them. (Via cell phones) Does it work both ways yet? Is my idea even feasible?
