I've been trying to call their support hotline 1-877-638-5940 and after 5 rings or so I will get a voice prompt saying all circuits are busy now. It's been like that for 48 hours. I tried to email them for my inquiry BUT just gave me this number 310-3100 to call then I replied asking what is the area code and got a reply "Hello,

Please use your local area code.
