    As part of an online shopping company, when we have problems with a customers credit card or we need to get some temporary funds released from an account, Bank of America makes every CSR cringe in fear when we hear its them. Often the words "Oh its the Bank of Antichrist," you can never get hold of a rep, then its likely india, and when you do they either feign ignorance or just do not feel like doing it. You can talk to 5 reps, and get at least 3 different response to exactly same worded questions.

    Great CSR
    Even when I screwed up and put on my wrong phone number, I called in a talked a really nice lady named Maria, who fixed the small error (on my part) and got my refund shipped out to me super quick! All it took was calling in and giving them the account number and they knoew exactly what was going on and what I had done wrong, and got it fixed no problems! Absolutely no problems and really nice.

    Great Customer Service! When I received my item it had been poorly delivered by UPS and the items inside were damaged because of it, Macys was so nice and friendly, they offered to reship and waive my shipping for my inconvience. The woman I talked to made it worth every time I shop with them!
