I have this issue in build 118 on a brand new Core 2 Duo machine running XP. Currently updating to build 125 hoping that it will fix the error, but needing assistance in case it doesn't.

All I want is for MS to save the color selections I've made for the different items in the script pane, and to remember that I've set it to a compact script instead of a full script.

Every time I open MS4 build 112, it is in full script, and all my cues are white instead of color coded...

I'm on Build 112.1 of MS4, and dealing with the same problem. Tried setting MS to detect PPT 2003 as editor and player, as well as viewer97 in the same spots. Also tried the uninstall viewer/reboot/install viewer/reboot/see if that works, and it didn't.

Needed this for a wedding this weekend, but I guess I'll have to do it all in PPT instead.

Nathaniel, I just installed PPT 2003 on my brand new machine, and can't get MS4 to import a PPT slideshow correctly either. Have already gone to tools/settings/applications and chosen PPT 2003 as my editor and player. also have tried viewer in both of those positions as well. Have uninstalled viewer/reboot/install/reboot/try again, and that doesn't work either.

Needed this for a wedding this weekend, but I guess I'll have to run in PPT program instead.

I'm having the opposite issue. Can't get backgrounds (motion or static) to dissolve in or out! Updating currently to build .112, so hopefully that will fix some of the issues I'm having...
