SNAPPED FRAME

i have an older cxs r series mountain cycle that has snapped in multiple spots on the frame. i no its older but seriously?! thats crap for craftmanship no matter how old a bike is. it snapped twice along the seat post and on the post near the swing arm.
also the NON REPLACEABLE hanger snapped a while back and luckily my friend is very very good at welding and was able to help me out. Im not looking for a hand out but it just seems like that bike was a disaster and what happened to it should not go unnoticed by any manufacturer who stands by their work
