    Hi Mark,

I'm terribly sorry you went through this pretty frustrating process, please accept my apologies for it, as well as for not getting back to you before.
From what I know, the GetSatisfaction API doesn't authorize automated third parties account creation, hence I can't create GS accounts for you. The login credentials you were provided should work at beta.lovelycharts.com though. I started the GS page because I wasn't 100% satisfied with the bug trcking solution at beta.lovelycharts.com, founding it to fail in providing a nice & smooth communication channel with our beloved beta testers, but GS doesn't seem to be a perfect solution either :/
Feel free to email me directly at jerome@lovelycharts.com for bug report or anything you would like to say, I would certainly love to hear about how things are working for you!

    Cheers,
    Jerome.

    Think you've found a bug?
Please let us know about it! We really want Lovely Charts to be as user friendly and stable as possible, so if there's something that doesn't work the way you expected it to work or think it should, let us know, by sharing that problem with us, we'll definitely look at it and hopefully fix it :)

    Feature requests?
So, we are getting closer and closer to a first release, and the features list for V1 is pretty much closed and completed, but you never know... ;)
In any case, doesn't matter if it's for V1 or a subsequent release, but if you have any feature you would like to see added to Lovely Charts, this is the place to let us know!

Looking forward all your suggestions, thanks in advance!
