I think the problem is all related to the fact that some sender's don't show up in person profile when I click on their email and others do. I looked closely at headers from two messages in same thread where one user does show up and the other doesn't and there doesn't seem to be anything odd in them to cause this. About half of my senders don't show up in the person profile pane when I click on their emails.

I have the same problem with Xobni Plus. Some users show up, others don't. All mails I am trying are in my primary inbox and come from the same server, so I am not sure why server differences would be the problem. I have the same error as above in my logs as well (looking through Inspector X).
The only thing in common that I see is that the people that don't show up in the profile are when I get emails from people I rarely communicate with - but these are the ones I need the most info on.

I think I figured out that my trial version was behaving a bit differently and I think I see how its working now. The trial always only started with my profile. Now the purchased starts with whatever email I have selected. But it doesn't do them all. If I have 10 messages in my inbox, maybe only half the time does the xobni profile show the sender info.
But at least I think my initial surprise above has been solved. Now just to figure out why not every email sender shows up in my list of contacts.

Bought it, now my "start over" page is only going to Xobni BillingI had Xobni installed for the day and it had all my contacts, threads, etc showing up just fine. Decided to buy it to search my PSTs, now I only have a single contact, Xobni Billing and the one email thanking me for purchasing.
If I try to re-index, it says my index is up to date. Analytics still shows I have stuff there, but I cannot see it anymore.
Clicking on Start Over button on the top used to take me to my contact info and threads, but now it just takes me back to this same one. I want it to go back to my contact info for "start over"
I sure hope I did not make a mistake in buying this product too soon.
