Ordered a custom Swig and a custom Single Panel messenger through Tim and the Hayes Store (Malila, Jared and Nicole). Both bags utilizing the Razor Stripe Cocoa Bean fabric.

Wow! One day turnaround time for both custom bags: UPS estimated date of delivery is today, I ordered them 10/07.

Yep hope you can offer the FREE SHIPPING option like that of Zappos and Onlineshoes, as well as Altrec, among others.

I agree with Alvin Ray, offering FREE SHIPPING for orders $50 and up will be a great option.

The $9.95 minimum shipping charge is quite steep.

hoping you could bring back the Timbuk2 Folio or perhaps an improvised version of it.

badly need a rigid (and waterproof) folder to hold the documents inside my messenger or commute.
