Hi,
I'd give this a try: from the Home screen, go to Options. Choose Delete Downloaded Tracks. (Alternately, you can "swipe delete" each individual track that's affected.) Then, also in Options, choose Restore Purchased Tracks.
This should download all the stuff you bought before, afresh.
It will not download free tracks that you've downloaded before. For that, you'll have to go back into the Store and re-download those manually.

Hey folks, sorry to hear that you're frustrated and angry. We certainly don't want you to be (and I'm speaking for myself, Ed, and the rest of us at Tapulous). We're just a very few people, and there are a whole lot of you, and so we end up a little slower than we'd like to be when we're trying to help you out. Ed's away this weekend, but I'll remind him to check in here as soon as he can upon his return.

Hi there -- sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. We're not aware of any data loss at all on our servers today, but with your report, we're now keeping an eagle eye out, for sure. If others report losses as well, it will confirm that something is systemically wrong....
At the moment, it seems like it might be an isolated problem, affecting just you. The guy who's most able to help out when an individual user is having trouble like this is gone for the weekend, but I'll be sure he's made aware of this when he returns.
Meanwhile, I'll be watching here to see if others report similar trouble.

Hey folks, sorry for the lack of Tapulous reply here 'til now. We're aware that some emails aren't going through, and are trying to sort out why. If you want us to try to look into your specific delivery issue, you can help us out by responding here with the following info:
1. Did the Tap Tap Reporter end up in your Spam or Junk Mail folder, perhaps?
2. Who is your email provider? (Gmail, Yahoo, other...)
3. What's your Tapulous username?
Thanks, we're trying to make delivery of the Reporter much more reliable!

Hi there. It's true that the songs you download in TTR3 are tied to a specific device, and so if you restore those songs to a new device, they will not play, as you've found.
The good news is, the songs are also tied to your Tapulous username. So, we have to figure out how to associate your new device with the same username that you downloaded the songs under, and then what you do is this:
1. Delete downloaded tracks on the device where they don't play.
2. Go into Options, and Restore Purchased tracks.
This, unfortunately, will only restore the stuff you bought for money. The free stuff you'll have to go manually download again. But we have convenient batch download urls, so hopefully that's not too much of a pain.
Write back if you're unable to get your old username usable on your new device.

Apologies for your frustration, and thank you for being a loyal Twinkle user!
We do read this stuff, and try to address the problems reported here, I assure you!
We have a "bug fix" release of Twinkle in the works. I don't think it's going to solve all of the problems you listed above, but hopefully will make a bunch of things more reliable, including making the app less crashy.
We hope to have this submitted to Apple in the near future for review. Meanwhile, thank you again for your patience, and for getting in touch!
